Hello, my name is Tara and I am from Ireland. I am a twenty years old. I am a student of History and Politics. I have one sister and one brother. I love reading and socialising.
My university is in Limerick, the heart of Irish rugby. It is obligatory to work abroad for 5 or 6 months in a foreign country. I chose to work in France as I wanted to improve my French and experience the culture first hand. I also wanted to experience teaching and decide if I wanted to continue it as a future career.
Though I am used to big cities and lots of activity, Briancon was a welcome change. I learned how to ski and enjoyed the calm athmosphere.
I live in Wexford, it is quiet a big town in the south of Ireland. It is situated beside the sea. My town is famous throughout the world for its Opera Festival. Every year in October many people visit my town to experience the many operas. During the summer many people visit Wexford also. There are many scenic places and excellent resterants. Ireland is rich in History also and Wexford is no exception. Ireland is famous for its green fields and this is a result of the rain. Unfortunately it rains a lot in Ireland even in the summer.
